Event Spaces

• Tempe: Large outdoor patio with seasonal comfort features (fans, misters, heaters, fire pits), large indoor dining room and an indoor event/game room. Any space will be ideal for private or semi-private events.
• Surprise: Scenic outdoor patios with climate control features (fans, misters, heaters & firepits) and indoor space in the Main Dining Room, Bar or Bar Riser area. Any space will be ideal for private or semi-private events.

Booking & Fees

• We do not charge room rental fees, but we may require food & beverage minimums and /or deposits.
• Deposits are based on event size, date, and time.
• Reservations may require a signed contract, deposit, and credit card on file

Policies

• All event details (menu, headcount, timing, etc.) must be confirmed 7 days in advance.
• Client is responsible for meeting minimums, attendance, and staying within time limits; additional charges apply if exceeded
• Events can be canceled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
• No-shows or low attendance may forfeit deposits on non-buffet events

• On-site catering packages exclude tax and 20% gratuity (shared among staff).
